What is the difference between nickel-plated strip and pure nickel strip?
Nickel-plated strip is steel coated with a layer of nickel, offering good conductivity and corrosion resistance at a lower cost. Pure nickel strip is solid nickel, offering lower resistance, better conductivity and superior corrosion resistance — ideal for high-performance battery packs and EV applications. What sizes of nickel strips do you manufacture?
We manufacture nickel strips in widths from 6mm to 46.5mm and thicknesses of 0.15mm and 0.3mm, including single-piece (1P) strips and pre-formed 2P strips for 18650, 21700 and 32650 cylindrical cell configurations, with or without holders.
Do you supply copper busbars for battery packs?
Yes — we supply tin-coated copper busbars in multiple sizes for high-current battery pack and energy storage system (ESS) interconnects, suitable for prismatic cell assemblies.
